Mark my words here, Manny is coming back to L.A., that’s right I said it.  The only other team with confirmed interest in Manny this year is the Giants.  The Dodgers won’t let their rivals get Manny, it just isn’t going to happen.  Below is an excerpt from a recent article on Dodgers.com:

Manny is still rumored to be holding out for a 4 year deal, but supposedly would most likely settle for a three year deal with an option for a fourth.  The Dodgers still have a locker ready to go for Manny next to Furcal in their new clubhouse at Camelback Ranch-Glendale.  That alone should be a good hint at what the Dodgers are up to.  I think the real question is, will they have a deal done before the end of spring training.  I think Manny is stalling on purpose so he can skip spring training and get right into the action come April.  If you’ve seen this guy play left field I think you would agree he really just likes to hit!
